The Budweiser Pavilion employs the following positions (experience preferred but not required):
- Beverage Servers (beer, malt beverages, soda)
- Brand Ambassadors (interact with crowds, represent the Budweiser Pavilion)
- Grill Servers (food items, beverages)
- Grill Cooks (handle and cook food)
- Grill Prep Assistants (prepare food items for Grill Cooks)
- Runners (stock beverages and food as needed)
In addition to primary duties, all positions are expected to participate in event setup, general customer service, maintaining and cleaning areas inside and around the Pavilion, removing trash and end-of-night cleanup. All employees are required to display absolute professionalism and maturity towards customers and co-workers at all times.

Our Beverage Servers are on the “front lines” of our customer service efforts. Stationed behind one of our four bars and/or kiosks, the Beverage Server interacts with customers continuously throughout the event. The Beverage Servers are responsible for selling all products (beer, malt beverages, soda and water) directly to customers and handling cash register transactions. Beverage Servers will be responsible for product knowledge and answering customer questions. Beverage Servers will be fully-trained by managers at the Budweiser Pavilion for responsible, appropriate and safe alcohol service. Beverage Servers are responsible for keeping immediate work areas clean at all times. Beverage Servers will also be engaging, friendly and provide a positive experience for all customers.
Our Brand Ambassadors will be official representatives at many Budweiser Pavilion events – public and private. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing and engaging individuals who can help boost sales of 50/50 raffle events for participating charities, assist with hosting and/or serving at private parties, let customers sample products and help coordinate contests and giveaways during events. Brand Ambassadors are super-friendly and understanding, as they directly interact with the thousands of patrons who attend our events. They also have a good working knowledge of our venue and products to quickly respond to any questions or inquiries. Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and positive attitudes are a must – and cash handling experience is highly desired. You must also be able to work well within a team environment and be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Our Grill Servers interact directly with customers at “The Grill.” Stationed behind a counter, Grill Servers will take accurate food and beverage orders, relay all orders to the Grill Cooks, ensure completed orders for accuracy and handle cash register transactions. Grill Servers will be responsible for product knowledge and answering customer questions. Grill Servers will be fully-trained by managers at the Budweiser Pavilion for proper food-handling techniques and responsible, appropriate and safe alcohol service. Grill Servers are responsible for keeping immediate work areas clean at all times. Grill Servers will also be engaging, friendly and provide a positive experience for all customers.
Our Grill Cooks work – where else? – at “The Grill!” Grill Cooks work with hot and cold foods, an open-flame grill and deep fryers. Grill Cooks will prepare foods like burgers, brats, sandwiches, French fries, chicken tenders and other various appetizer items. Grill Cooks will be responsible for keeping the grill and grill areas clean at all times. Grill Cooks are required to maintain appropriate personal appearance and adhere to food handling standards in accordance with Wisconsin state food health codes. Food safety management or kitchen experience is not required but is a bonus – we will train anyone who enjoys cooking!
Grill Prep Assistants
Our Grill Prep Assistants will work alongside and directly support our Grill Cooks at “The Grill” and in our kitchen. Grill Prep Assistants stock food areas, prepare hot and cold foods for Grill Cooks, assemble sandwiches and wash and chop vegetables as needed. Grill Prep Assistants will work our deep fryers for some food orders. Grill Prep Assistants will be responsible for keeping the grill and grill areas clean at all times. Grill Prep Assistants are required to maintain appropriate personal appearance and adhere to food handling standards in accordance with Wisconsin state food health codes. Experience is nice but not necessary – our managers will train you at the Budweiser Pavilion.
Runners might have the most important job at the Budweiser Pavilion! They keep “the machine” running smoothly and efficiently at all times, and is a position of great responsibility. Runners keep all our Beverage Servers fully-stocked with beer and malt beverage products for sale to customers. Runners will tap kegs, move bottled products and make sure all beverages are properly iced at Beverage Server stations. This is a very physical job – Runners are on their feet up to eight hours per shift, constantly moving, lifting heavy objects and using dollies and hand carts to move products from one place to another. Budweiser Pavilion managers will train Runners in proper lifting techniques. All Runners are expected to participate in general and constant cleaning of public areas, as well as assist with garbage removal. This position is for responsible, hard-working, mature individuals who can take direction in a positive manner and work well within a team.
